Why Are People Against Charlie Sheen?

Charlie Sheen is very inspirational to me and very few others. Why do people look at him as a bad man? I see him as a honest man who gets his work done. He does his job well and doesn't let his drugs and partying effect it. The same goes with his kids and family, He does not let his Drugs and Partying effect anything like that so why care what the hell he does? Charlie Sheen is a realist that people dislike because he speaks the truth. In all honesty he is "Winning" because he is enjoying life the most. People just don't understand he is a reliable father and a respectful role model. My question is, Why do people look at him as a bad man?
