Girlfriend getting breast implants?

My girlfriend is getting breast implants going from a A cup to a C cup. Shes very attractive and we just moved in together. Now from my experience girls who get breast implants always end up going crazy because of all the attention they get from guys and end up leaving who they are dating. She assures me shes not like that, and i dont think she is but ya never know lol. Im not insecure im just kind of a realist and know and have met a lot of people that know stories of when girls get them they go ape ****. Have any of you had bad experiences and what do you think
