Is rugeri a good trombone brand?

Yeah, that's basically a lacquered piece of scrap metal. Don't buy it. I'm not saying that you need to spend a fortune on an instrument, but for something that cheap, you'd get your money's worth. If you're on a budget, check eBay or Craigslist for a used horn from a decent brand (Bach, Yamaha, King, Holton, Conn, Besson, Getzen, etc.).
