Where does it lean? (Teenage Poetry)?

Update on my writing. Hi there everyone. I am about to release a Lay Of Needed Words. I was wondering if you could help me edited later this month. Besides that, where does poetry lean to? What are the youths (like myself) tend to write about. Is it mere emotion,experience, and their surroundings????? That is what I think of. (Sounds similar to Romanticism). But is up with that? Am I preparing to change my format from a Romantic, to a more dry Realist, when I age? Yet is it a more permanent poetic form for me? To be basic is being a Romantic poet a phase for youths, if they write poetry toned like Romanticism? Thanks for reading-God bless-Daniel Mapp
